Manage the production and localization of campaign and website content for Japan, coordinating with Content Studio, creative leadership, and cross-functional teams to review cultural viability and build localized screen versions. Own image/asset workflows including shortlisting campaign imagery, requesting file builds and photo retouching, routing creative for approval, and tracking localization progress to meet on-time delivery. Maintain asset databases, staging organization, and archives while communicating final deliverables to the graphic production team.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and create localized screens for the website and other marketing materials, including cultural viability review for Japan.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams, the Creative Director, and Business Affairs to choose content for new projects.
•Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery and request file building for new screens from Geo Content Studio.
•Request photo retouching and route cross-functional imagery for approval; fulfill image requests from functional teams.
•Plan, manage, and track content localization through production, including staging/organization of final assets and communicating edits and delivery to the graphic production team.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or project management at a design firm, ad agency, or interactive shop.
•Japanese proficiency at native level.
•Fluency in English.
•Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop.
•Knowledge of image and production needs for image reproduction (including website builds, POS, motion graphics, and email marketing).
