Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner strategically with senior Servicing stakeholders (including Customer Support, Financial Crime, and KYC) to scale costs and identify insights.
  • •Lead the Servicing planning process to forecast complex headcount requirements and operating costs.
  • •Design and own scalable financial frameworks to analyze Wise’s cost base and identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast) and provide deep dives on key metrics to improve forecast accuracy.
  • •Manage results communications and reporting to department leads and leadership; mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across Finance.

Salary: GBP 68,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior department leads and be able to negotiate and influence upwards.
  • •Build complex financial models (ideally using Anaplan) and own end-to-end cost analysis.
  • •Manage high-volume headcount planning and capacity modeling in an operational or customer-facing environment.
  • •Establish effective policies and procedures, implement cost controls, and monitor ongoing spend.
  • •Hold a professional finance qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent); MBA or a finance master’s is also acceptable.
