Production Superintendent

Serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations in a poultry production facility. You’ll coordinate staffing, materials, equipment, and production schedules to meet targets while enforcing safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Based on the production floor, you’ll monitor workflow and equipment, respond to operational issues in real time, and lead employees through training, feedback, and team communication. You’ll also partner with other departments to drive quality and cost improvements.
