•Support employer branding, onboarding, and apply AI fundamentals to modern recruiting workflows.
•Guide candidates through resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and networking strategy.
•Host virtual coaching sessions and set personal hours and rates.
•Partner with the Coaches team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for students.

Key Requirements

•Professional experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•A clear, structured approach to breaking down strategic and interpersonal aspects of the hiring process.
•Experience with candidate screening and interviewing techniques.
•Ability to set and deliver structured coaching sessions virtually.
