Stay informed on product offerings, destinations, and travel rules, coordinating with coordinators to ensure smooth processing of visas, IDLs, and related documents. Collaborate with the branch team to meet individual sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leisure travel assistance for clients, including air, hotel, resort, cruise, restaurant, tours, sightseeing, etc.
•Stay up to date through ongoing research on products and services using the Internet, contacts with sales representatives, industry publications, newspapers, and other magazines.
•Ensure sales targets are successfully achieved by ensuring a high customer conversion rate.
•Acts as the first point of contact for walk-in customers to ensure the customer experience is enhanced.
•Advise customers on travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, etc. related to holiday packages or travel.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 0 - 3 experience in a travel agency company.
•High School Graduate or Diploma in any field is preferred.
•English and Arabic language proficiency is a must.
•Excellent selling skills and ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
•Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems, GDS systems, and e-travelling
