Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate winders, glue machines, and folder/stackers and package finished goods.
  • •Follow safety, quality, and attendance policies; report safety hazards and act as a safety role model.
  • •Conduct regular quality checks by reading and verifying line orders and spec sheets; report out-of-spec products.
  • •Properly package finished goods using correct labels, chips, sleeves, twist ties, pallet patterns, and code stamps; verify pallet patterns.
  • •Maintain a neat, orderly work area and meet housekeeping standards, including assigned housekeeping as needed.
