Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design vision for the highest-impact product areas, from problem framing through pixel-perfect execution.
  • •Set strategic direction for permitting workflows, automation, and AI-assisted decisions so users can read, trust, and guide outputs.
  • •Partner with Head of Design, product, and engineering leadership to shape the roadmap with a strong point of view.
  • •Raise the craft bar across the design team by modeling exceptional work and strengthening critique culture, while mentoring without managing.
  • •Evolve design language and systems thinking to support a small team shipping cohesive, scalable experiences as product surface area grows.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •All applications must link to or include a portfolio showing concept-to-launch work and the design impact of decisions you drove.
  • •10+ years designing dense B2B software, with deep experience in workflow-heavy products and real complexity.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate as a force multiplier by elevating other designers’ work and bringing structure to ambiguous problem spaces.
  • •Strong systems thinking combined with exceptional interaction and visual craft, balancing detailed execution with strategic guidance.
  • •Experience designing AI-powered or highly technical products, with a point of view on making AI legible, trustworthy, and controllable for users.
