Principal Product Designer

Own the design vision for PermitFlow’s highest-impact product surfaces, setting the craft bar and shaping how permitting workflows, automation, and AI-assisted decisions are designed. As the most senior individual contributor on the design team, you’ll partner with design, product, and engineering leadership to influence the roadmap, mentor designers without managing them, and help evolve design systems that scale.
