Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the CTO Technology team in Bangladesh and oversee delivery of the infrastructure change portfolio to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • •Accountable for CTO/IT infrastructure services & products delivery and the shaping, evaluation, and value assessment of the overall IT infrastructure change portfolio.
  • •Implement new technology requests and roll out solutions for business with proper systems specification and governance alignment.
  • •Ensure operational risks and controls are implemented and effective; oversee system security and remediation planning to avoid critical technology risks.
  • •Collaborate with CTOi Asia & Middle East and partner with business and technology teams to deliver technology transformation, agile/DevOps adoption, service SLA/MTTR performance, and problem/root-cause support for Bangladesh-owned applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead the delivery of CTO/IT infrastructure services and products in Bangladesh, including application/infrastructure issue investigation and compliance with IT process policy.
  • •Demonstrate leadership and people management, including leading a team of technology infrastructure specialists and influencing senior executives.
  • •Provide functional knowledge in leading and managing an engineering/operations-technology function focused on delivery of infrastructure operations.
  • •Have experience planning and managing significant IT expenditure within a complex, matrix organization.
  • •Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university, preferably in an IT background.
