  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent K-12 construction, educational facility, or public-sector capital improvement programs.
  • •Experience supporting California school districts, public agencies, or educational institutions.
  • •Professional certification such as Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, Registered Architect (RA), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or similar.
  • •Strong understanding of design management, construction delivery methods, project controls, budgeting, and schedule management.
