Expert, HR Freelancer Contract Management

Create, review, and negotiate agreements between the company and external talent, partnering with HR, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Tax. You’ll ensure contract compliance with local labor laws across jurisdictions, manage freelancer onboarding and lifecycle administration in HR systems, and maintain accurate freelancer records. The role also drives efficiency by developing and updating AI-based contract templates, policies, and workflows, and coordinates contract progress through signature.
