Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair all equipment and company assets while following Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous production by setting up, adjusting, and breaking down production line machinery.
  • •Assist maintenance supervisor with personnel and equipment, including assigning maintenance techs to equipment during process periods.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
  • •Use computer-based PM tracking and Tyson SAP to create work orders and complete required daily documentation, and fill in for absenteeism or assist other plant areas.

  • •Have at least 6 months of documented mechanic work experience or be a graduate and/or student of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination as long as total experience is at least 6 months).
