Job Summary

Support venue operations as an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker Lead by greeting guests, scanning tickets, answering questions, and assisting with seating and special-needs accommodations. Help keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable, resolve guest issues, and guide guests during entry and emergencies. Coordinate with supervisors by supporting breaks, assisting with training, and helping with set-up/tear-down, recycling, sustainability efforts, and closing out the show.

•Support supervisor needs, assist with special-needs accommodations, and participate in recycling/sustainability and emergency guidance.

•Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
