•Lead and manage a team of logistics operators/seniors (import & export), providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
•Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, proactively addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•Manage and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers and shipping lines, proactively developing services/solutions that fit our customer base development.
•Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding shipping and freight forwarding.

•High level of experience in freight forwarding (Dry, Reefer, and DG), with a strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations.

•Sound knowledge of freight forwarding software and systems.
