Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and evolve scalable, reliable, performant systems for ingesting and parsing complex blockchain data.
  • •Use AI-native engineering workflows (LLMs, automated agents) to increase team velocity and code quality.
  • •Apply blockchain protocol expertise (EVM, UTXO, etc.) to support the team and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Manage the full software development lifecycle, including production monitoring, debugging, and reliability of pipelines and services.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers and mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design docs, and technical mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
  • •Deep understanding and experience of at least one blockchain protocol.
  • •Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools while maintaining reliable, maintainable code.
  • •Strong bias to ship and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Experience you might also have: knowledge of non-EVM chains such as Solana, TON, and Sui; indexing/ETL at scale; infrastructure as code and Kubernetes; open-source contributions.
