Key Responsibilities

•Manage the floor 360° across the four merchandising axes (make-up, skincare, fragrances, Sephora Collection)
•Support Store Managers in day-to-day activities and contribute to the store's commercial and HR strategy
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs and energize the team to achieve results
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (events, launches, CRM campaigns)
•Maintain stock levels and apply central procedures and merchandising strategies

Key Requirements

•3/4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments
•Knowledge of key retail KPIs, budget management, daily analysis and reporting
•Strong leadership and team-management orientation with the ability to guide the team toward targets and foster teamwork
•Ability to coordinate commercial and organizational activities (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns)
•Experience in stock management and executing merchandising strategies while applying central company procedures and policies
