Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the PMC’s primary point of accountability to the Owner for overall project delivery.
  • •Lead project governance, coordination, decision-making, and escalation processes.
  • •Provide strategic leadership across construction, project controls, commercial, quality, HSE, and commissioning.
  • •Monitor project performance against approved cost, schedule, quality, safety, and commissioning objectives; track and resolve risks/issues/dependencies.
  • •Oversee executive reporting, lead major stage gates and commissioning milestones, and ensure alignment across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • •Relevant professional certification or chartered status.
  • •15–20 years of overall professional experience in major construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical project delivery, including 15+ years in project management/leadership.
  • •10+ years of experience on similar large-scale projects.
  • •Demonstrated delivery of at least one hyperscale data center project of 50MW or greater and strong knowledge of project governance, controls, commercial, quality, HSE, and commissioning.
