  • •Initiate and lead supplier transformation plans on maturity, quality, and punctuality; participate in crisis Tiger Teams and be on-site as needed

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent
  • •At least 10 years of experience in industrial, supply chain, or quality functions with supplier relationships
  • •Experience improving supplier maturity in complex environments, including audits and lean management

  • •Strong communication and ability to animate international stakeholders in both French and English
