Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison with Addepar for data maintenance and platform governance.
  • •Administer security settings and permissioning standards for the Addepar instance.
  • •Design and maintain account groupings, saved views, templates, reports, and dashboards; manage account and group attribute population for new clients.
  • •Validate accuracy of client performance and capital flows, resolving escalated discrepancies and ensuring custodial security/portfolio/transaction/pricing data is accurate.
  • •Lead database maintenance, data quality, and data flow automation; manage alternative and private investment data operations (Canoe ingestion, capital call/distribution capture, statement processing, and reconciliation).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least six years of relevant work experience, including experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • •Hands-on experience with Addepar (or a comparable portfolio accounting/reporting platform); experience with Canoe or similar alternative investment data platforms preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of private investment structures, capital calls, distributions, and valuation practices.
  • •Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize initiatives and manage projects end to end.
