Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate enterprise storage platforms (SAN, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, tape and backup libraries).
  • •Own PostgreSQL operations at scale, including replication, failover, performance, and capacity.
  • •Design and test backup/DR pipelines with real restore validation.
  • •Operate Kubernetes CSI drivers and stateful workload storage; drive stateful reliability engineering for durability and capacity.
  • •Handle data incident response, run post-mortems, continuously improve reliability, and participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1-3 years in SRE, storage engineering, or database engineering.
  • •Strong stateful systems mindset covering durability, replication, RPO/RTO, and capacity planning.
  • •Hands-on experience with either enterprise storage (SAN, Fibre Channel, iSCSI) or databases at scale (PostgreSQL).
  • •Automation-oriented experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tooling.
