•Build enterprise-grade AI agents by partnering with engineers and customers to ship agents that handle thousands of conversations daily.
•Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, demonstrate Sierra’s agent, address technical challenges, and tailor agents to customers’ business processes.
•Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate customer needs and processes.
•Become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for customers.
•Shape the product roadmap by collaborating with engineering and product teams to scope and implement new features for customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 390,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
•Past experience in Product Management or other similar product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.
•Experience crafting and tailoring a message for potential customers, including executives.
•Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments.
•Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
