Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with warehouse, logistics, and transportation activities at logistics hubs and inspection centers.
  • •Lead and develop the team, including daily functions such as huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading, and task support.
  • •Monitor performance via KPI reporting, validate process adherence, and assign/assist with tasks to meet standards.
  • •Process specialized inventory using RFID scanners and tablets; manage EV inventory and charging processes.
  • •Handle third-party transactions (inbound/outbound trips, receivables inspections, documentation sign-off, and support ticket creation) and facilitate delayed shipments.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years or DUI).
  • •Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions; requires frequent driving and typing.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and use required safety equipment (e.g., non-slip shoes, gloves, masks).
