Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide quality and timely completion of merchant requests for banking updates/maintenance and new account setups, including payments research and account reconciliation.
  • •Handle outbound and inbound calls to and/or from financial institutions, merchants, and internal customers.
  • •Provide service and support for merchant-related processes including submissions, contract review, ESSU, CMS, acquisition, network development, risk management, and welcome acceptance.
  • •Review, analyze, and process merchant requests from simple to complex cases using business/legal documents and policies.
  • •Ensure timely execution of cases and adherence to SLA-defined deadlines for an enhanced merchant experience.
