Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders, including bid team allocation, schedule management, and safe/quality-focused submissions on time.
  • •Prepare and manage tender queries/clarifications with accurate, compliant responses by client deadlines.
  • •Provide commercial support during tendering, including rate development, commercial query responses, and sharing best practices.
  • •Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline (tracking, forecasting, and proactive opportunity management) alongside the Framework Manager and bid teams.
  • •Support framework management activities including governance inputs, delivery of tender commitments, internal reporting, supplier/client engagement, and documentation/rate card maintenance.
