Job Summary

Develop and advance color masterbatch products for packaging, electronics, consumer, agriculture, and industrial applications. Work with the color supervisor on product development projects to meet customer requirements and drive business profitability. Register new products/formulas, support production scale-up, and guide procurement on supplier selection and alternate raw materials. Maintain quality and design/development procedures aligned with ISO requirements, including ISO 14001:2015 environmental commitments.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to a safe work environment aligned with corporate standards and expectations to achieve the Goal Zero target.
•Support growth by developing new or modified differentiated products, applications, or processes to meet market needs.
•Register new products/formulas and support production scale-up.
•Provide guidance to procurement on supplier selection and alternate sources of key raw materials, including new raw material development and raw material portfolio optimization.
•Prepare supporting technical documents (e.g., provisional technical data sheet and composition declaration) and support adherence to quality management system and design/development procedures to meet ISO requirements, including ISO 14001:2015 environmental commitments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a degree in polymer and material science (preferred).
•At least 5 years of experience in the color masterbatch or color compounding industry.
•Good color matching skills and polymer formulation knowledge (mandatory).
•Polymer testing knowhow (a plus).
•Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence effectively, and speak fluently with China customers.
