Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to a safe work environment aligned with corporate standards and expectations to achieve the Goal Zero target.
  • •Support growth by developing new or modified differentiated products, applications, or processes to meet market needs.
  • •Register new products/formulas and support production scale-up.
  • •Provide guidance to procurement on supplier selection and alternate sources of key raw materials, including new raw material development and raw material portfolio optimization.
  • •Prepare supporting technical documents (e.g., provisional technical data sheet and composition declaration) and support adherence to quality management system and design/development procedures to meet ISO requirements, including ISO 14001:2015 environmental commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a degree in polymer and material science (preferred).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in the color masterbatch or color compounding industry.
  • •Good color matching skills and polymer formulation knowledge (mandatory).
  • •Polymer testing knowhow (a plus).
  • •Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence effectively, and speak fluently with China customers.
