Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent.
  • •Have experience with implementation, forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering (ideally in developer, API, or AI-infra products).
  • •Technical enough to read code, use APIs, and build real integrations yourself.
  • •Have taken customers from signed to live in production and can explain the technical work behind successful rollouts.
  • •Able to distinguish user error from bugs from real product gaps, and communicate technical detail into business value.
