Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

  • •Deal Origination & Strategy: contribute to inorganic growth strategy, proactively source targets and partners, identify opportunities in emerging technologies and adjacent markets.
  • •Financial Analysis & Valuation: lead financial modeling, valuation analyses, scenario planning, and assess target financials, synergies, and integration needs.
  • •Transaction Execution & Documentation: manage end-to-end M&A process, structure transactions, coordinate due diligence, and negotiate terms with leadership and counsel.
  • •Integration & Post-Close Support: partner on integration planning and post-transaction performance monitoring to achieve strategic objectives.
  • •Internal Leadership & Stakeholder Management: communicate pipeline and deal progress to executives, mentor junior team members, and build a world-class corporate development function.
