•Lead, coordinate and develop the backend development team
•Own the development within a cross-functional MarTech team delivering marketing tech solutions
•Hire and shape the team
•Collaborate with stakeholders
•Ensure high code quality and best practices across the team; work with adjacent teams to improve integration and processes

•Solid knowledge of SOLID, DDD, Microservices, Layered Architecture, GoF patterns, Clean Code
