  • •Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies, red flags, or potential financial crime risk indicators.
  • •Maintain clear, timely communication with merchants and internal partners to resolve queries and request information.
  • •Deliver consistently high case quality and audit-ready documentation while meeting productivity, quality, and control expectations.
