Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate visitor sign-in and reception, including maintaining site access systems and key/fob records.
  • •Support daily office operations, including office supply/inventory management and uniform/PPE distribution.
  • •Process invoices and administrative paperwork and provide administrative support to site leadership.
  • •Coordinate employee experience activities (KEEP engagement, recognition programs, Town Hall logistics, employee events) and support visitor experience.
  • •Maintain digital communication boards, publish employee announcements, support HR onboarding/offboarding activities, and assist cross-functional site projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with office technology and digital communication tools.
