Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary point of contact for attendance queries and provide a warm welcome to visitors at reception.
  • •Monitor, record, and update student daily attendance in relevant systems and follow up on unexplained absences, reporting trends to leadership.
  • •Maintain punctuality logs, coordinate late arrivals and early pick-ups via sign-in/out systems, and issue follow-up letters where needed.
  • •Prepare and distribute daily absence reports to designated departments and manage attendance records for events, trips, and exam sessions.
  • •Support safeguarding by managing the sign-in system and issuing visitor badges; assist the admin team with communications, filing, printing, and event preparation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •“O” Levels/NVQ/High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •1–2 years in a school or customer service environment (preferred).
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – essential.
  • •Experience using school information systems (iSAMS/Engage/SIMS preferred).
  • •Professional telephone manner and strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential data calmly under pressure.
