Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee QA/QC and BIM model submissions across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP, Infrastructure, etc.).
  • •Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
  • •Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.
  • •Provide guidance on workflows and software tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering.
  • •10-15 years of BIM coordination experience in Middle East projects.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
  • •Strong knowledge of LOD 200-500, MEP, ELV systems, and industry standards (DEWA, ASHRAE, NFPA).
  • •Expertise in clash detection, coordination, and resolution.
