Coater Technician I - Night Crew - B or D Crews

Operate and maintain equipment used in the semiconductor coating step of photovoltaic solar module manufacturing. You’ll manage materials and processes to meet quality and productivity targets, perform preventative maintenance and respond to intermediate alarms, and run basic quality control using SPC and process procedures. The role also includes training others on tasks you’re certified for, monitoring machine parameters through control panels and equipment computers, and coordinating handoff communication during shift changes.
