Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain production coating equipment to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, address intermediate alarms, and execute assigned maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Use process data (including SPC) and procedures to maintain process control, and escalate when conditions require attention.
  • •Interface with equipment computers and machine control panels to monitor parameters and alarms.
  • •Train and provide on-the-job instruction to team members when requested, and communicate effectively during shift changes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, with preference for an associate degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
  • •2+ years of manufacturing experience (or substitute experience as outlined).
  • •Experience that may be considered includes warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection.
  • •Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high quality while working in a team environment.
  • •Math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts, plus basic troubleshooting and good written/oral communication skills.
