Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake end-to-end negotiation and execution of traded market treasury documents such as ISDA Master Agreement, CSA, AFMA, GMRA, and GMSLA.
  • •Conduct detailed constitutional document checks for each counterparty based on jurisdiction and applicable laws.
  • •Manage each case from receipt through completion, coordinating efficiently through teamwork.
  • •Update internal databases in a timely manner.
  • •Perform enhanced legal and analytical research and comply with group policies, procedures, and relevant manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree from a recognized law college/university in India or overseas.
  • •6 years’ experience in a legal process involving drafting/vetting agreements/contracts.
  • •Proven drafting skills for agreements/contracts.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong time management, prioritization, multitasking, and analytical/judgmental skills.
