Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive merchandise and count it physically and electronically to ensure accurate information.
  • •Inspect product quality and report discrepancies/damaged items to store manager or assistant store manager.
  • •Store merchandise properly and classify/stock products per store procedures for quick availability.
  • •Tag newly arrived stock and return products as instructed by senior; replenish shelves with sufficient stock.
  • •Record inventory inward/outward, assist with stock take, check missing price tags, and maintain security and housekeeping standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong organizational skills to manage stock in a retail environment.
  • •Familiarity with a warehouse management system to track and manage inventory.
  • •Previous experience in a similar stock, warehouse, or logistics role (preferred).
  • •Ability to physically handle heavy lifting of around 10kgs and work extended hours during sale/festival periods.
  • •Attention to product quality—inspect items and report damaged or discrepant products to store management.
