Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end M&A process for CRH Americas Materials, partnering with senior leaders on acquisitions, divestitures, and growth capex initiatives. Own market analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, integration, and post-closing issue resolution, while building internal and external relationships to develop acquisition and capex pipelines. Provide detailed financial modeling and analysis to executive leadership and coordinate with other M&A professionals on capital allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end acquisition process, including market analysis, due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation, integration, and post-closing issue resolution.
•Build internal and external partnerships with operating company and functional leaders, consultants, investment bankers, and other advisors to execute growth plans.
•Manage and build a pipeline of acquisition targets and major capex projects using relationship leverage.
•Perform detailed financial analysis for acquisition and capex opportunities and provide well-founded recommendations to executive leadership.
•Interface with AMAT leadership up through the CEO as a strategic thought partner and coordinate M&A strategy and capital allocation decisions with other M&A professionals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•MBA highly preferred.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills with expertise in presentations and persuasive business writing.
