Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end acquisition process, including market analysis, due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation, integration, and post-closing issue resolution.
  • •Build internal and external partnerships with operating company and functional leaders, consultants, investment bankers, and other advisors to execute growth plans.
  • •Manage and build a pipeline of acquisition targets and major capex projects using relationship leverage.
  • •Perform detailed financial analysis for acquisition and capex opportunities and provide well-founded recommendations to executive leadership.
  • •Interface with AMAT leadership up through the CEO as a strategic thought partner and coordinate M&A strategy and capital allocation decisions with other M&A professionals.
