Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily date coding and labelling activities to meet business, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Plan, allocate, and monitor daily warehouse work to achieve productivity targets and delivery schedules.
  • •Oversee inbound receiving, stock put-away, inventory movements, storage activities, and ensure FEFO principles are followed.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.
  • •Supervise and train warehouse and coding staff while ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures, IMS standards, food safety, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • •2–3 years of experience in warehouse operation.
  • •ERP experience, preferably SAP.
  • •Strong communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
