Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for Okta Privileged Access. Craft the PAM transformation narrative to move the market from legacy “checkbox” PAM to modern, cloud-native Zero Trust enablement. Create differentiated messaging and high-impact deliverables, drive inbound product marketing by connecting market insights to the roadmap, deliver actionable competitive research, and orchestrate cross-functional launches—partnering closely with Product and Marketing.

•Scale the PAM transformation narrative by creating positioning that reframes PAM as a cloud-native enabler of Zero Trust.
•Develop differentiated messaging and high-impact deliverables (e.g., frameworks, slides, press releases) to communicate value to sales, customers, and analysts.
•Drive inbound product marketing by partnering with Product Management and using market/competitive insights to influence roadmap decisions.
•Establish a framework for analyzing PAM market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer friction points and deliver actionable insights to product and GTM.
•Lead GTM execution for PAM features and products, ensuring cross-functional alignment and integrating the narrative into campaigns and demand generation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 226,000 annually

•Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
•Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
