Deliver friendly, professional customer service in the Bakery department while preparing, packaging, labeling, and replenishing bakery products. Advise customers on bakery items, ingredients, allergens, and serving suggestions; handle enquiries and resolve basic complaints. Maintain merchandising and store standards, keep displays fully stocked and visually appealing, and follow FIFO to reduce waste. Operate the POS accurately, process payments, and ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP, Municipality, and Health & Safety regulations.
