Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in person and over the phone and delivering tailored financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support a range of deposit and lending products, including unsecured lending and home equity.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required), with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing), including educating clients on digital platforms (required).
