Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through onboarding.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • •Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, career fairs, and networking.
  • •Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the process.
  • •Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment activities (background checks, drug testing, new hire paperwork), and manage new hire orientation and onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • •3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • •Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or operations environments.
  • •Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees with knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • •Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, including strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
