Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, control, and report project cost history and forecasts, maintaining planned vs. actual cost and commitment schedules.
  • •Maintain internal labor and project costs within allocated budgets, oversee variations, and flag deviations to project management.
  • •Create and process Budget Transfer Requests and support MR/PO and related agreements approvals within stated timeframes.
  • •Perform daily cost allocation verifications, reallocate transaction cost codes as needed, and upload verified BCWP into the ERP System after the cut-off date.
  • •Prepare weekly and monthly job cost reports, review client invoices and compute over/under variance, and advise management on cost over-runs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Knowledge of cost control packages, including CCS (Candy) as a distinct advantage.
  • •Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera Scheduling.
  • •Knowledge of project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering (UPDA registration mentioned).
