Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute a multi-quarter product strategy for a high-impact area of the AI infrastructure platform tied to revenue, adoption, retention, gross margin, and customer outcomes.
•Define target markets, customer segments, buyer/user personas, and ideal customer profiles using research, usage data, sales insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
•Build business cases for major product investments, including market opportunity, pain points, willingness to pay, competitive dynamics, risks, adoption barriers, and expected ROI.
•Develop and manage a KPI-driven roadmap and define, track, and report product and business metrics (activation, conversion, usage growth, revenue contribution, retention/expansion, churn, compute utilization, gross margin, time-to-value, NPS, feature engagement).
•Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal to deliver platform capabilities and drive go-to-market readiness and launch execution.

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience owning technical/infrastructure or developer platform, cloud, AI/ML, enterprise software, marketplace, or usage-based products.
•Proven ability to operate products at significant scale, serving millions of users or high-volume infrastructure workloads.
•Demonstrated decision-making in environments where reliability, performance, usability, cost efficiency, and customer trust are critical.
•Strong business judgment connecting product strategy to revenue growth, acquisition, retention, expansion, margin improvement, or operational efficiency.
•Deep analytical capability defining KPIs and using data to analyze funnels, usage trends, cohorts, and launch impact.
