Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate and support execution of the Third-Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) program, including pre- and post-contract processes with relevant internal teams and third-party security/information security teams.
  • •For pre-contract, partner with the business to complete risk assessment questionnaire and other risk/mitigating controls documentation.
  • •For post-contract, support control and monitoring activities including third-party security assessments, ongoing monitoring, and timely response and closure of identified gaps.
  • •Engage Central IOE team for subject matter expertise and program management to streamline TLM efforts and efficiencies.
  • •Support AXP Audit program management, issues management, employee education on operational risk/internal controls, and business guidance on process deficiencies and control weaknesses.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Third Party Management/Risk, Information Security Management, Operational Risk, and/or Compliance, ideally across more than one discipline.

  • •Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels.
  • •Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver shared objectives.
