Ensure production testing meets stringent quality standards for laser/camera systems. Own manufacturing test flow and troubleshoot complex infrared system issues across the value stream, from system checkouts to component validation. Create MES-friendly test work instructions, train technicians, maintain calibrated equipment, and build failure-mode troubleshooting libraries. Develop test automation software for data analytics and reporting, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing engineering to improve products and processes.

•Determine root cause of product failures and recommend corrective actions; support returns and failure analysis with engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
•3+ years of relevant experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
•Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages.
•Experience with test automation and report generation.
•Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware, software, and firmware; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
