Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test activities and the production test flow, including hands-on troubleshooting of infrared system issues.
  • •Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system-level checkouts and acceptance testing to component-level validation.
  • •Generate test work instructions for technicians in MES and train technicians on equipment use.
  • •Develop and maintain software for test automation, data analytics, and report generation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB, Python, or other programming languages.
  • •Experience with test automation and report generation.
  • •Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware, software, and firmware; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
