Category Manager - Banking Operations and Global Services

Manage demand and supply management activities for one or more medium-spend categories, optimizing total cost of ownership while mitigating supplier and third-party risk. Partner with business leaders and executives to align category strategies and contracting support, lead cross-functional sourcing efforts (RFIs/RFPs, contracts, timelines), and analyze market data to drive negotiations, supplier selection, and performance improvements. Serve as a relationship manager across internal customers and suppliers.
