Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into unique technical solutions and design tailored integration project plans
  • •Conduct calls to create and manage the integration plan for software partners and drive execution
  • •Track and report on project logs and KPIs, collab orate on partner launches and GTM success
  • •Transfer integration plans into production reference documentation for partners and internal teams
  • •Be the glue connecting Operations, Success, Risk, Product and Engineering to ensure optimal implementation plans and solutions

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, Technical Support, or similar role for a Payments or Fintech company
  • •Proven track record of creating and implementing complex technical solutions for software partners
  • •Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns
  • •Experience with payment processing concepts including tokenization, PCI compliance, and transaction flows
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or similar)
