Oversees global reporting outputs, defines operating models, drives standardization and automation, partners with Product/Finance/Technology, and leads a global team to ensure high-quality, scalable client reporting for diverse investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end client reporting framework across strategies, vehicles, and regions; establish firmwide standards for content, delivery, controls, and governance.
•Define and maintain a clear operating model spanning Product, Controllers, Operations, and Technology; clarify ownership, decision rights, and escalation protocols.
•Drive standardization and automation to reduce manual processes and operational risk; measure and manage reporting-related cost-to-serve; rationalize tools, vendors, and workflows.
•Act as senior business owner for reporting platforms and related technology initiatives; collaborate with Technology and Data teams to improve upstream data quality, controls, and availability.
•Lead and develop a global team; set roles and performance expectations; ensure reporting supports a high-quality client experience and aligns with evolving client needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 325,000 - 375,000 annually
