Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve guests by preparing beverages per standard recipes and venue specifications.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, and deliver food/beverage orders promptly.
  • •Operate safely by recognizing intoxication, refusing further alcohol service when required, and escalating to a manager.
  • •Perform opening, running, and closing duties, including maintaining bartender bank and required company checks.
  • •Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log; prepare guest checks and process payments per policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) and ability to complete it as required.
  • •State or county licensee/certification requirement must be met (as applicable).
  • •Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience and ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper techniques.
  • •Physically able to pass a pour test and a mixology drill (timed) and serve alcohol responsibly to guests of all cultures.
