Key Responsibilities

•Receive and Process Quotations to Governmental Hospitals
•Receive official orders/ Customer Purchasing Order and putting it in the backorder
•Delivery of all orders must be completed before its due dates
•Support delivery team in obtaining final Proof of Deliveries
•Follow-up on backorder report and outstanding orders from Hospitals
•Follow up on payment collection
•Analyze penalties and provide all supporting documents
•Alert for stock and near expiry items
•Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Key Requirements

•Education: Bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacology or Business Administration
