Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and Process Quotations to Governmental Hospitals
  • •Receive official orders/ Customer Purchasing Order and putting it in the backorder
  • •Delivery of all orders must be completed before its due dates
  • •Support delivery team in obtaining final Proof of Deliveries
  • •Follow-up on backorder report and outstanding orders from Hospitals
  • •Follow up on payment collection
  • •Analyze penalties and provide all supporting documents
  • •Alert for stock and near expiry items
  • •Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Key Requirements

  • •Education: Bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacology or Business Administration
