Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical point of contact and strategic advisor for enterprise customers
•Identify, support, and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities with the enterprise account team
•Advise on configuring Agentic solutions within Docusign IAM and ensure stakeholders possess the necessary expertise to adopt product functionality
•Act as a strategic liaison to advocate for customer product needs and align future capabilities to use cases
•Provide leadership during critical service disruptions, coordinating internal teams and overseeing post-incident improvements

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of enterprise SaaS troubleshooting, technical account management, or technical consulting experience
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
•Understanding of modern markup and programming languages (XML, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery) and diagnosing web-based environments (HTTP, JSON, IIS, HTML, CSS)
•Proficiency with network and log analysis tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, Charles Proxy, browser developer tools)
•Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data for executive audiences
