Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact and strategic advisor for enterprise customers
  • •Identify, support, and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities with the enterprise account team
  • •Advise on configuring Agentic solutions within Docusign IAM and ensure stakeholders possess the necessary expertise to adopt product functionality
  • •Act as a strategic liaison to advocate for customer product needs and align future capabilities to use cases
  • •Provide leadership during critical service disruptions, coordinating internal teams and overseeing post-incident improvements
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise SaaS troubleshooting, technical account management, or technical consulting experience
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • •Understanding of modern markup and programming languages (XML, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery) and diagnosing web-based environments (HTTP, JSON, IIS, HTML, CSS)
  • •Proficiency with network and log analysis tools (Wireshark, Fiddler, Charles Proxy, browser developer tools)
  • •Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data for executive audiences
